Terms of Serivce

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Payment and Agreement
Payment is due once you confirm your agreement to proceed with the rough sketch. At this point, you acknowledge that the agreement is final, and you forfeit the right to a refund after approval of the initial sketch.Refund Policy
If you become difficult to work with or uncooperative, I reserve the right to refund you based on the percentage of the commission completed. In such cases, the refund will reflect the progress made up to that point.Blacklisting
Customers who cause significant issues or engage in problematic behavior may be blacklisted and will be unable to receive future servicesConfidentiality
Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Your privacy is important to me.Revisions and Additional Charges
Minor changes to a completed painting or colored illustration (worth €100) are included. Any major revisions will incur additional charges. Reworking an entire image is not possible unless paid for accordingly.Streaming of Commission Work
In some cases, I may choose to stream the creation of your commission. If you prefer that your commission is not streamed, please inform me beforehand. If no objection is made, it may be streamed.File Delivery and Dropbox
Upon completion, you will receive your final artwork in PNG format along with a Dropbox link to download the original file. Please ensure you download your commission before the Dropbox is cleared every three months.Copyright and Usage
I retain full copyright over the artwork. You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature. If you wish to resell or use the artwork commercially, you must contact me for permission and any necessary licensing.Posting and Sharing
I may choose to post your commission at a low resolution. If you do not wish for me to post the image, please inform me in advance. If no objections are made, I reserve the right to post it publicly. If I decide not to post the commission for personal reasons, please understand that this is not a reflection on you as a customer. You are free to post the image yourself if I choose not to.Final Notes
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for personal or professional reasons.

By commissioning me via this Skeb-style option, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Payment and Agreement
Payment is due upfront upon my acceptance of your request. Work will not commence until the invoice is paid. By paying the invoice, you acknowledge that this is a "no-communication" request and you forfeit the right to view sketches or request changes.Refund Policy
Once payment is made, there are strictly no refunds unless I fail to deliver the artwork within the stated deadline (90 days).Blacklisting
Customers who attempt chargebacks or engage in problematic behavior will be blacklisted and will be unable to receive future services.Confidentiality

✦ Adoptable Ownership Rules ✦

Please read carefully before purchasing or trading.
By purchasing, trading, or receiving this adoptable, you agree to the following terms. These rules exist to protect both the artist and the integrity of the design. Failure to comply may result in a blacklist.1. Ownership & TransferOnce purchased, you own the character design - not the original artwork itself. You may transfer or trade the adoptable to another person, you do not need to contact me for that. The new owner is still bound by these rules. It is your responsibility to pass them on. Gifting is also allowed.2. Reselling
⚠ You may NOT resell this adoptable for more than you paid for it. ⚠-> Reselling at the original purchase price or below is permitted. You may add value only if you have commissioned additional artwork for the character. In that case, you may add the cost of that art to the resale price.
-> Reselling at an inflated price without proof of added commissioned value is strictly prohibited.⚠ Violation of this rule will result in an immediate permanent blacklist. See Section 6.3. Use of the Design-> You are free to use the design for personal projects, OCs, stories, games, and non-commercial creative work.
-> You may commission other artists to draw the character.
-> If you buy an adoptable by me, you have a first-time 25% off on any commission type.
-> If you buy an adoptable by me, you have permanent 10% off on any commission type.
-> Commercial use is double the original base price. I, as the artist, do not claim any royalties afterwards. If you do want to keep working with me based on that, I am open to negotiations.
-> If not bought for the appropriate commercial price, the buyer has no right to use the artwork for any commercial uses.
-> Credit to the original artist is appreciated when sharing the original design drawing publicly; otherwise it is not necessary.4. Modifications-> You are welcome to redesign or develop the character's appearance.
-> You may not claim a redesign was drawn by the original artist.
-> Do not remove the original artist's watermark from their artwork.5. Blacklist Policy
⚠ Breaking these rules will get you permanently blacklisted. ⚠A blacklist means:
-> You will be permanently banned from purchasing any future adoptables from the artist.
-> Your username/handle will be publicly shared on the artist's blacklist as a warning to the community.
-> Any sales or trades involving you may be voided at the artist's discretion.Actions that result in blacklisting include, but are not limited to:- Reselling the adoptable above its purchase price without proof of added commissioned value.
- Claiming the original artwork as your own.
- Removing artist watermarks from original artwork.
- Harassing the artist or other community members.
- Providing false information about the adoptable's history or purchase price.
